Feeling tired always?

Introduction:-
Hi there, we are going to discuss something which is quite common. We all tend to get tired at the end of the day which absolutely nornal but for some people they feel tired all the time! And have no idea why. We will discuss why they feel tired and what we can do about it.

Why are you feel tired always?
Feeling tired can be due to several reasons and is unique for most people. But we will discuss the common causes here. Basically it can be due to four reasons they are a) psychological, b) nutritional, c)lack of physical activity and D) any disease. We will discuss about each separately but the basic cause of tiredness is LACK OF OXYGEN supply to our body.

A) Psychological:-
It is obvious in everyone's life, when we do something like Watching movies or going on a trip we feel very energetic and healthy. But after a good meal and rest if someone asks you do something we feel all the tiredness without doing any work. So as on my last post about stress, ATTITUDE matters a lot here also.

B) Nutritional:-
Deficiency of iron, proteins and other common nutrition can lead to tiredness. Dehydration also causes tiredness and fatigue. Deficiency of Iron is very common among females, this leads to anemia. Anaemia is also found in children. Protein deficiency can cause muscle aches. Extreme dieting causes tiredness and also affects your health. Nutrition is the most common problem.

C)lack of physical activity:-
Physical activity helps in the circulation of blood. It increases the heart rate and increases blood flow to brain. Walking increases the return of blood to the heart. Reduced blood supply to the brain can cause tiredness and fatigue. A small walk might help you a lot.

D) Diseases:-
Several diseases cause tiredness and fatigue, some diseases in the heart will not cause any other symptoms. But this is rare when you are healthy. Hookworm infestation causes anaemia which is common on rural areas. Thyroid disorders and sleep apnea can also too much tiredness.

Iron Deficiency Anemia:-
There are several types of anaemia and each have their own causes. But the most common is the iron deficiency anemia. Iron deficiency anemia can be easily corrected. As the name suggests there's reduced iron(haemoglobin also gets reduced) which reduces the oxygen carrying capacity. As of definition anaemia is the reduced oxygen carrying capacity of the blood. Why do we get iron deficiency anemia? First and foremost cause is our reduced intake of nutritional food. Some people have junk food always which is really bad. Secondly any loss of blood can lead to iron deficiency anemia, woman who loses blood during menses need extra iron supplements. Any other drugs or diseases which can cause loss of blood can also lead to iron deficiency. We will see how to find out by simple means if
you are having anaemia.

Symptoms:-
Tiredness
Pale looking
Inability to concentrate
Dizziness
Feelings one's own heart beat
Brittle nails

Signs:-
If people ask you why you are looking pale you might have anaemia. The skin becomes pale and is quite noticeable. Check for pinkness in your nail bed and palm. Always compare your palm and nail beds with a healthy person. If they are pale you can suspect anemia. In severe cases of iron deficiency, there can be pain at the end of your lips and inability to open your mouth completely.koilonychia Is a condition nails are spoon shaped and is a sign of anemia. You can also look for anaemia by pulling down your lower lid and seeing the white part of your eyes and compare with another person . If they are pale you might have anemia. The diagnostic tool is doing a blood haemoglobin level for anaemia in a local lab but to confirm that you have iron deficiency anemia you must check serum ferritin levels too. If you have all the above symptoms you can check haemoglobin level and then consult a doctor.

Conclusion:-
Iron deficiency Anaemia is a preventable disease which is more commonly seen in woman and children. Some people just need to eat some iron rich food like dates, liver, green leafy vegetables etc. Some need supplements if the symptoms are severe. At the end of this post what I want to say is "eat nutritional food" and be healthy.
